'Go down to the side-shows by the river this afternoon. I'll meet you somewhere in disguise. Bet you won't know me!' wrote Fatty.

Re: Can We Do a Limerick Together???
Well, I thought the first line was a totally different limerick...didn't realise John was carrying on, so I introduced Snubby!!Courtenay wrote:As along the road he did trudge,
Young Snubby was gorging on fudge,
"I'm famished" said Ju,
"Need something to chew,"
And gave Snubby a huge knock-out nudge!
(Poor Julian, first we've had him swearing, and now committing violent assault... I'm not sure how he ended up in the same limerick as Snubby, either, but never mind! )

Sounds like the perfect treatment to me.

It was a nuisance. An adventure was one thing - but an adventure without anything to eat was quite another thing. That wouldn't do at all. (The Valley of Adventure)

Me too - except I'd rather have 'strawberry mould' if there is some, please!

Re: Can We Do a Limerick Together???
Nice one, everyone, especially the ending from Lucky Star. I was thinking of putting in a line about it being Fatty in disguise, but figured it was meant to be the Five as in Famous, not as in Find-Outers!
