Bedside book
Hi Liz, Tony has advised me it's in No 14 published 1970 which would be
about right, in the World Distributors series.

Found it! Eurica! Bad news -it is not a duplicate-Good news am gradually selling whole collection, so would ask £12 if that is ok.
The charming story How the Wild Roses present and correct. Book is nice and tight-no inscriptions, scribbles,or loose binding. Base of spine and corners slightly bumped but overall a lovely copy of these surprisingly hard to find books.
Anyway, please let me know if you would like to have it -my address is

Dear Liz,
Fantastic! I can't believe I'm going to see it again after years of
looking!! My mother, bless her, was just too handy at passing on
my 'used' books to the neighbours' children and I lost too many
beloved favourites that way when I was a child. I've only just
regained a Noddy Annual I had, and as you say they're hard to
find. I shall put a cheque in the post asap.
A very big thank you!!
