I was given this book in the 1960s, possibly 1967-ish, and loved it to bits. Would love to see it again. However, I can't see that there was a 1960s edition, so maybe the one I was given was an old edition. It did look brand new to me at the time. Can anyone shed any light on this or tell me where I can get hold of a copy?
Many thanks,
Elizabeth

Re: Book of the Year
the book came out twice in two different versions (one illustrated by Eileen soper). there are copies of the Eileen soper version on ebay. Just put in the title followed by Enid Blyton and you should see them: starting at around £5.00 each
'Oh voice of Spring of Youth
hearts mad delight,
Sing on, sing on, and when the sun is gone
I'll warm me with your echoes
through the night.'
