Happy Adventure Tales

Looking for an audio cassette called 'Happy Adventure Tales'.
It was a double cassette and I have just located the first tape which has the following stories:
The prisoner in the cave
Adventure for two

The tape that I am looking for has:
The secret door
Adventure up a tree

(at least, I think those are the titles)

The set of tapes have sentimental value so if the second tape shows up, I am willing to accept a recorded copy on a blank cassette.
