0ld Thatch, junior supplement to Green Hedges magazine

I used to get Old Thatch , junior supplement to the Green Hedges mgazine and had a membership card with secret codes on it . Sadly I lost it ages ago and would love to get either a replacement or a copy of it . Does anyone know where I can get either? My name was on the first edition of Old Thatch back in 1995 . thanks very much from Sue .
