Yeah but at the same time it feels like yesterday.

Still trialling other writers, but will eventually go back to reading a bit of Blyton! Just too many books...

Occasionally will pop in! xx

I must say it is lovely to see all the younger ones who still love Enid Blyton posting here.
I have just read a lovely article about the day from Peakirk Books.
I wonder if I would be permitted to share it with you?

A nice article by Peakirk Books. I thought it nice that the sellers seem to enjoy being at the day itself as well as being there to sell books. Unfortunately I didn't spot anything on their stall on the day itself, but as they are only in the next county hopefully I'll get a chance to browse their shelves another day.

I think you are not the only one who might have missed someone, so don't worry about it. It is more difficult than one might think to meet everyone or have a bit of a chat. I got off to a good start I reckon, but there are some people I missed or could have seen more of.
It was nice to meet your gran, who had been to South Africa on holiday. I met Shadow, she thought I would beat her in the monthly quiz this year, but we'll have to see! She's still the reigning champion. :)
I was fortunate to have one last chat with Anita before the picnic broke up.
The main thing is we all enjoyed it and certainly met plenty of people and chatted a bit.

Nice report, Miss Pepper.

Yes, it was nice to chat about Wales - and your Journal index. I hope you enjoyed the rest of your holiday.

Seeing someone is not meeting them. I have seen the Queen on several occasions, but I have never met her. :|

Yes I did. I spent the last few days in North Wales, a beautiful part of the world, and enjoyed some good home-cooking, cups of tea, and even some hot X buns and told my cousin, who likes gardens, about Old Thatch!
