Your post must be very good! I seem to recall you're usually one of the lucky ones who get the Journal first! I always find it interesting, as I'm slightly further south, but that seems to make no difference. I'm still waiting - but it's something to look forward to though!

On Saturdays the post is delivered much earlier than on any other day! Just read your article Rob... and enjoyed it very much. Having long since finished the aforementioned cup of tea, I must attend to more mundane duties now!

Mine arrived this morning which is unusual, as I usually get mine a day later than many of you.
I've decided to abandon my efforts to read the journals in order, as I was only up to 20 something!
I've read about half of the first article by Robert, and I'm really enjoying it. I've got several comments to make, and wasn't sure if I should put them here, or start a separate thread?
Here I should think Katharine except some people may object to spoilers! Maybe best to wait a day of two until most people have had a chance to read theirs.

Our post has been delivered consistently later in the day for ages now, yesterday it arrived at 5.15pm! If mine arrives today at least I'll have something to read before I go to sleep tonight.

Our post is really unpredictable, to the extent that we can't plan to be in when parcels arrive etc. Many times they decide to come at the wrong moment and I have a 'something for you' card posted through instead and have to arrange redelivery. grr! Sometimes they don't even ring the doorbell but just post a card through saying I was out when I wasn't! One day our post might arrive at 9am and another day it will be after 2.

I took them all to the post office on Wednesday, the same day that they came back from the printers, but as has already been said above post can be a bit unpredictable! As is often the case I have already had two people resubscribing from Germany, their post seems far more efficient than ours.
All the other articles sound very interesting too, especially the ones by people we know.
