Brilliant photos - the weather looks lovely. I was born in Kiel (in 1950!) and
lived in Plon for 4 years before my British parents returned to England in 1954.
It was a long time ago but I remember the Plon lakes were beautiful. Just hoping
we can see the film on DVD in due course.

There are a lot of news to it: The film goes good in the German cinemas. --

And I have made an english Wikipedia-article: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Famous_Fiv ... 12_film%29, hope somebody will have the time to enlarge it. :-)

And the film will be to see on a festival in Toronto compare there http://www.promilounge.de/funf-freunde- ... onto-5089/ if you can German or there if you can only speak English http://tiff.net/filmsandschedules/tiffk ... 3600002215.

So there seems to be two other news to it. First on this site is a TRAILER with ENGLISH SUBTITLES
and the second - so it seems to be clear that there will exists an English subtitle.

The English title on this site is "Famous Five" but if you will watch the film you should have better have an mixture between the English an German title in your mind, which would be "The Famous Five Friends", it's important for the story. ;-)

So I hope that there will somebody which will have the time, the card and the money to see the film in Toronto. with friendly greetings, Soenke Rahn
