Where is this FF video series from?

Sorry if there is another topic about this, I checked but I'm still not sure.

Just saw it on Ebay and wondered if it has live characters in it, or if it's just cartoons as it looks like, and when was it published?
I never seen this series before.

That's the '78 series, they just revamped the boxes a few times.
