Short tale..?Belinda (doll)/moon..

Hello. Had a book of EB's tales in the late 50's/early 60's - the first story was about toys in a nursery/playroom and I think one doll was called Belinda, although I could be wrong on the name, but I believe the toys either went out into the garden or looked through the window - but my enduring memory is of this doll being scared of what turned out to be the moon.
I do remember the illustration of the moon!
Any help? I am fast approaching my dotage and I would love to have a chance to find the story (plus the rest, which I cannot remember).

There is a book called Amilia Jane. It is a series of books. That is set in a playroom and Amillia is a rag doll ( I think)
