After having another think, the answer could be AVO being short for Avocado Toast. I’ve only just thought of Smashed Avocado.

Scrambled eggs - ova scrambled is avo, short for avocado, often “smashed” and served on toast.
Yummy, but I’ve got to be in the mood for it!
