I’ve been having trouble thinking of clues lately but I’ve come up with one that is pretty easy.

Thanks Barnard, perhaps I found it easier than usual because I am such a great 'fan of Ern. However, I very much doubt that I will be able to come up with a cryptic clue myself to continue the game, so hopefully someone else can submit one instead!

All I can think of is to put CARGO inside Eastern Standard Time (EST) to give ESCARGOT which is a food eaten in France.
