I bet it did! That was a nice post, Abi. And, I wasn't being sharp or rude, and I am sorry if it came across that way. Although I didn't notice that you put in two words, I did find Darrel's excuse a bit lame. After all, all similar games require people to put in only one word per turn. Still, it might be a good idea for this rule to be added to the sticky thread on this section to avoid ambiguity.

Also, Abi, there is nothing wrong with using the spell-checker to check your spellings, so you needn't feel like you cheated your way to good spellings. If others used the spell-checker too we would have fewer eye-watering posts!

Using a spell-checker isn't cheating, it's good sense! I use chrome too, so it reminds me if I've mistyped something, and helps me if I'm trying to spell a difficult word!
