Re: The Mega Writing Competition
here's MY eSSAY it won't be couunted because I'm going to judge...But you'll can view this and rate it according to you...upon 10
MY FAVOURITE BOOK BY ENID BLYTON IS First Term at Malory Towers...
this is the first book by Enid Blyton which I read. It was an awesome book where Darrell Rivers enters the boarding school for the first time and is determined to become a success and 'a good sound woman the world can lean on'.
Here Enid Blyton's imagination is shown with full strength as darrell's journey Malory Towrs begins with a blast of Naughty alicia and stuck-up Gwendoline.Timid little Mary-Lou tries to befriend the' brave Darrell' but Darrell flatly refuses. things seem to go very nice for Darrell when suddenly she loses her temper with Gwendoline when she bulies Mary-Lou.Then there are problems regerding Sally Hope's mysterious behaviour, but Darrell helps her, and the both of them become steadfast, loyal friends and remain best friends for entire time at Malory Towers and maybe afterwards too... Then Gwen turns jealous towards Darrell and starts to do foolish things..She befriends timid Mary-Lou, but troubles her behind her and then blames Darrell. Then suddenly she smashes Mary-Lou's fountain pen and the blame comes on Darrell, and results in the whole form sending to coventry. Then finally Mary-Lou overcomes her fear of the darkness and proves that Gwendoline smashed her pen,and the form punishes Gwendoline....Things turn bright for Darrell again, and she enjoys the rest of her
stay at Malory towers ....
It's the best book that I ever read. The book is well balanced with bright scenes as well a scenes of downfall..
ITS A BIG MUST READ !!

Shadow posted the link to her review in her post.
"It's the ash! It's falling!" yelled Julian, almost startling Dick out of his wits...
"Listen to its terrible groans and creaks!" yelled Julian, almost beside himself with impatience.
