With the quality of fan fic/continuation authors,knowledgable forum members,writers for the Journal,ex teachers,current teachers,Dorset Experts,Anecdotal Wizards and of course our very own veteran poster Moonraker,I'm sure it wont be long before I've been put fairly and squarely in my place much lower down the pecking order! :wink:

Essay:

The O'Sullivan Twins;

I just love this book about Pat and Isabel going to St.Clare's once again. My favourite part was when Margery Fenworthy saw the fire and rescued Erica from the flames. I felt like I was actually in the music room when the party happened. I felt like going downstairs and getting a snack!

It was really interesting when I found out about Alison and the twin's family. I liked Lucy too as she was kind,caring and I felt sorry for her when her dad was in a car crash.
Abi.

Still trialling other writers, but will eventually go back to reading a bit of Blyton! Just too many books...

Occasionally will pop in! xx

In the fifth at Malory Towers

As Darrell and her friends enter their fifth year at Malory Towers, none of the girls have time to stop. From Gwendoline's grand avival to Alicia's balloon trick. Felicity's first lacrosse match to Mam'zelle Dupoint's "treek". And to add to the list, the girls in the fifth have to put on a show at the end of the year. So, no pressure!

So did I. But if it should ever come to light that someone's adroitly managed to outsource a homework assignment... :evil:

I was kidding -- iluveb says she writes stories, so she's clearly fond of writing. But yes, the opening post seemed a little too glib. "By next fortnight", "just for fun", "50-200 words"... hmm. *thoughtful look*

Since Srishti hasn't posted an essay herself, I am beginning to wonder if you are right! She only says she will judge the various entries (yeah right!). Well Srishti, how about putting up your own essay, so we may all judge? :D

My immediate thought too!

It's tempting under the circumstances to review a pseudo-Blyton and see if anyone notices... :lol:
