Secret Seven Mystery because it's not the first book in the series?

This may be a long shot but is it Secret Seven Mystery because it's the only one to not feature an Uncle character?

Thanks, if it has been wrong I couldn't have come up with anything else!

Bimbo and Topsy
Mischief at St Rollo's
Shadow the Sheepdog
The Adventures of Scamp
Smuggler Ben

I have edited this as it didn't make sense before, not sure it does now.

Bimbo and Topsy because all the others were published by Collins at some point?

It wasn't what I was thinking of but was considering giving it to you as it would have looked like I was really clever. The clue is in the title.

 I don't know the answer I'm afraid, but in my collection all those books are plain yellow except Bimbo and Topsy (being Collins hardbacks without dustwrappers) so that's why that sprang to mind!

I just had a brainwave (I think!) - is it Mischief At St Rollo's because all the others have a name of a character in the title? Ie Bimbo, Topsy, Shadow, Scamp etc?
