I do like Anita's 'When I'm cleaning windows' for Larry in 'Holly Lane'.

'What's the name of the game?' (Abba) - Goon to the Find-outers.

'Night Fever' - so many books when the children go out exploring.

Did someone mention 'Food, glorious food' from Oliver? - again appropriate to many books.

'American Boy' (Estelle) - Junior in Finniston Farm

'Oh I do love to be beside the seaside' - several FF!
