It depends on the point of the game I think. Should we follow Tony's idea and put the title of the book in brackets after the name? I must say one or two entries have had me scratching my head wondering in which book they featured!

I think Tonys idea is great,lets carry on and put the book/s the character appears in in brackets.(surely we havent got long to go and weve come a long way!

(I was going to try and put the list into alphabetical order when we had finished and then supply the reference to where the character appeared in the books myself!)

Also just a thought,if anyone would like to go back to any entry in this list and add the book the character appeared in in brackets,this list would then be a lot better for future referencing purposes?

These are just suggestions,and everyones ideas on this forum are most welcome.

Why not amend the list and carry on Pete? We could put each book in brackets after the character. Each book fortunately has a unique 2 letters eg.BC - Burnt Cottage etc.
