I haven't played this game in simply ages and apparently I have the memory of a 100 year old.

Now does that mean you have an extremely long memory or that you have lost it, as many old people sadly seem to?

I'll choose Susie as she is such an intregral part of the Secret Seven adventures in spite of being an 'outsider'.

We've got a couple of 100-year-old residents (both nearing 102, actually) at the care home where I work who have formidably good memories!

I'll take Susie as she's a great character you "love to hate". Dinah is one of Enid's strong girl characters too, but I find it a bit tiresome how she's always arguing with Philip for no reason and being terrified of his creatures!

Susie
or
Lotta (Galliano's Circus)?

(You can guess which of those I prefer! )

It was a nuisance. An adventure was one thing - but an adventure without anything to eat was quite another thing. That wouldn't do at all. (The Valley of Adventure)

I meant lost it, but 102 year olds seem to get it back!

Going back to the game,
Lotta.

Ooh, that's a hard comparison... so different! I like Inspector Jenks and the way he appears at the end of each Find-Outer book, but feel I 'know' Dick a lot better, so...

I just love the character of Duck Kirrin! I'm pretty sure he would have been an amazing cousin to have. Different from Julian, and with a much better personality. So I'll go for Dick

I've always had a soft spot for Julian but still think Dick just beats him in the likeable stakes! So...

Dick. Since they are both supposèd to have dark hair, one "Sooty" is enough, no need for two!

Right... I'll have to choose Dick again - Tinker was too irritating although much improved the second time we met him!

Andy, definitely. It's almost 30 years since I read the two Adventurous Four books, but I really admired Andy's courage and resourcefulness and the fact that he got a boat named after him! :D

Jack .. I think he would have turned out to be a decent and likeable adult, as well as being decent and likeable as a child.
