Twilfitt and Tatting's! Great name, found in Diagon Alley. Also there's Gladrags Wizardwear in Hogsmeade.

I thought you'd read the books? I remembered there was a bizarre robes shop in Hogsmeade though I had to double check the name on the wiki.

I have. And watched all the movies and have them on DVD.
