I’d love to get one of these calendars, they’re not available on Amazon Australia!

Jomo, you can still order one from the Calendar Club in the UK. They ship to Australia for £6.99 and the calendar is now reduced to £7.99. I don't know if you will have to pay any import duty, though.

Here is the link: https://www.calendarclub.co.uk/history- ... 22-r304721

It also contains a link to the international shipping charges under 'Delivery & Returns'

That seems really strange Jomo for such a Blyton loving country!

Sooner rather than later might be best, Jomo, as the other calendar has sold out.

Yes, I hope I can still purchase in bout 9 days, but it will have to wait until my next pay-day. I just purchased a job lot of six famous five books from eBay. That’s enough spending for this fortnight.

It's worth it if you can get hold of it, Jomo. I bought that calendar here in the UK (from Calendar Club) and posted it to my sister in Melbourne for her birthday a couple of months ago and she just loved it!! :D

It was a nuisance. An adventure was one thing - but an adventure without anything to eat was quite another thing. That wouldn't do at all. (The Valley of Adventure)

I love the calendar and much to my kids' embarrassment I have written down under each month the title of the Famous Five book that the illustration is from. Is that really sad ? Certainly the rest of my family think so.

Not sad at all Irene!

I've just bought another calendar from amazon for the reduced price of £4.99 which includes delivery.
I want to use one as a proper calendar, and use to other one for pictures in a frame to hang around the house!

Great idea Pete. I love the way you can see the five get older, and then miraculously get younger again. I wish I could have some Eileen Soper youthful cream !

Rather an oversight that the publishers didn't put the name under each illustration. I'm not trying to be critical, it just occurred to me only yesterday, and your post reminded me that I am not the only one.

I ordered mine today from Calendar Club
https://www.calendarclub.co.uk/history- ... 22-r304721
- £4.99 plus postage to Australia cost £11.98 - about $21.00 - not too hefty a price :D

I have mine proudly on the fridge in the kitchen - a focal point really. Five Have Plenty of Fun is my favourite cover, love the way they are looking at out on to the sea. Although it is not my favourite book - Smuggler's Top and Get into Trouble are from the calendar list.
