Great!

Sounds like the name of a slightly pretentious Premier League manager!!

can't wait to start my new Famous Five calendar. Only just over a week left of my old (non EB) one. Everyone else in my household is embarrassed. Why ?

Can't believe I just found about this today! But I've been checking the links and the calendars look truly amazing! :D
Hopefully if I buy one I will still get it before 2022 or at least before I travel back to Sweden! But it would truly be the most beautiful company to start off this year and continue throughout it. A FF calendar, what can be better than that?!

For 2022 I have both the slim and standard FF calendars as well as the BBC 'Countryfile' one along with the Liverpool FC one. I have yet to determine where they will all hang. I guess the slim FF one will go in the summerhouse.

Maybe they are really jealous that you have such good taste in calendars, but are pretending to be embarrassed.

I usually get a calendar from my parents at Christmas, so will have to wait and see what they may have chosen for me this year. I've also been given a free National Trust calendar this year, and don't think I'd have room for a third one if I don't get the FF one.

If you didn't spend all your money on Macallan whisky you wouldn't have to wait. :D

£7.99 - Prime one day delivery.

Just managed to buy the larger calendar for £7.99 inc delivery instead of £12.98 from amazon.
Here's the link in case anyone else fancies one:

Just realised I meant to put this on my Christmas list. I've just gone on Amazon and ordered it (along with some more Enid Blyton books) and managed to click on the free trial of prime - arghhhh I'm usually much more careful.

I once did that by accident too, Su (Shadow), but I remembered to cancel it before I got to the stage of being charged.

£7.99 is a good price, Pete. Mine is up on the wall with birthdays, events and appointments marked on it - it's lovely to see it there.

Su, as Anita says, just cancel the prime before the trial ends - I do think prime is good value if you buy off amazon - everything arrives super quick compared to everyone else.

Thanks Anita. My wife urged me to buy the calendar a few months ago as she said I never buy anything for myself, but I told her it was a bit too expensive - I am really looking forward to it now.

I would like to frame some of the illustrations in the calendar eventually if anyone has any suggestions/recommendations regarding frames etc?

I was undecided about the calendars, and the decision was sort of made for me as I was given a free calendar at work, and have no need/space for a second one.

However, Pete's comment about framing the illustrations sounds like a brilliant idea, although I'm not sure where I'd put any pictures. I'm now very tempted to buy it after all. :)

I got the large one for my Christmas and it is now hanging on the kitchen wall. I just need to start filling it in now (carefully so that it doesn't all show through on the other side!).
