:lol: :lol: :lol: Oh dear... I'm amazed they didn't manage to fit in an "It's behiiiiiiiiiind you!" or "Oh no it isn't" / "Oh yes it is" (etc.) while they were at it. :P

My own "pet" theory about what happened to Clopper is that Julian and Dick got stuck inside him permanently the next time they tried — still not being able to undo the zip, of course — and then he/they wandered off and got lost on Bodmin Moor, and may still be roaming out there somewhere... in the dead of the night... :twisted: :wink:

I sometimes watched Magpie, but was mainly into Blue Peter.

However, whenever I see magpies, even now I count them and the song goes through my head.

Just yesterday I saw one and was pleased just a couple of seconds later to see a second 8)

.Julian.and.Dick took clopper--.they later used it for stage shows-- and pantomimes-- Lucky.them!!!

Actually Clopper was older than we thought. Here's a video that Dave Allen managed to obtain of his wartime experiences.
