I think there's only about 15 rows Nigel, so wherever you sit a Forum member will be close by!

Looking forward to seeing as many forumites as possible! 8)

I booked my ticket yesterday. I know Viking Star, Lucky Star and George@Kirrin will definitely be going. Anyone else from the forums? Only three days to go! :D

I would definitely be going if I lived in London, but I had already almost decided not to attend. It is hard to justify spending upwards of £50 to watch a film that will probably 'wind me up'! In any case, our sons are coming home this weekend as we have a Christening to go to on Sunday, so it would be a bit 'off' if I cleared-orf to London on the day they arrived!

I'd love to see it, but feel it's a bit far to travel really. Hope everyone remembers to write about it after weekend :D If only it were available on DVD

I am new to the forum network, but have been a member of the EB Society for several years. I,too have booked a ticket for the film on Saturday and look forward to meeting some EB members there. I actually have an abridged version on my IPOD which I have been listening to but it is not as good as the book.

Hallo Lin. It is good to see a Society member dipping a toe in the waters of the forums! Have you been to any of the Society Days? If so, I would imagine we may well have met!

Welcome to the forums, Lin. :D Unfortunately, I won't be able to get up to London to see the film, but I hope all those who make the trip have an enjoyable day. As Julie says, if only the film were available on DVD...

That's what becomes of living at 'Owl's Dene, with Rooky and Perton. Not to mention Hunchy
