Boatbuilder

Post by Anita Bensoussane »

John (Boatbuilder) sent me the following message yesterday and asked me to mention something on the forums. It's very sad to hear of Enid's passing and I'm sure many of us will be thinking of John at this difficult time.

Hi Anita,

I haven't been on the forum for a few days as my dear wife Enid passed away at home in the early hours of Wednesday morning, having lost her battle with cancer. Both our daughters and myself were with her as were two palliative care nurses and a Marie Curie nurse who had come in for the night.

I don't know for how long I will be absent from the forum so just thought I would let you know. Enid's funeral is on the 2nd of September so although I will probably still be looking in from time to time before then, I'm not sure if I will be up to posting before then.

Best wishes

John
