I was wondering John, what your top three Elvis records/cd's would be?

I always seem to listen to a variety of greatest hit collections, but what in your (and Eddie's opinion if we can ask him) are his best three albums that are not compilations etc?

They range from the years 1958, 1957,1956, 1960.

Now, I wonder if that other Elvis aficionado, Lucky Star (John) agrees with Eddies list!

Eddie's list is absolutely the same as my own Pete. Those five albums represent the very best of Elvis' original early albums. The only necessary addition would be this compilation from the 70s. I know you said original albums only but you can't listen to Elvis without his early Sun Studio recordings.




From his later period you can't go wrong with these two stunners.
