I'm just an old fashioned girl with an old fashioned mind
Not sophisticated, I'm the sweet and simple kind
I want an old fashioned house, with an old fashioned fence

What's yer daft 'apeth?? (Or 'eckers, for that matter?)

It was a nuisance. An adventure was one thing - but an adventure without anything to eat was quite another thing. That wouldn't do at all. (The Valley of Adventure)
Is 'e 'eckers like is can expression of disbelief:
person 1 "it's snowing outside"
person 2 "is it 'eckers like, it's summer!"
Both 'eckers and 'apeth would really have a 'h' where the ' is, but the h goes. 'home' and 'hospital' for instance would be 'ome and 'ospital

Ah, I see. Is 'apeth an h-less version of ha'p'orth, as in short for half-penny-worth?
