Can anybody else enter the puffin webcam on Burhou/Alderney? I can't.

I just looked and the colony cam is working (although it's dark there now, but I can see enough to tell the bluebells are flowering!), but the other two cameras don't seem to be.

It was a nuisance. An adventure was one thing - but an adventure without anything to eat was quite another thing. That wouldn't do at all. (The Valley of Adventure)

I think they are all working, but the colony cam and the close-up cam both have IR night lighting and are currently streaming. The main camera does seem to be active, although completely black and grainy meaning there is no light.

Thanks Christie for reminding us it's Puffin time again, I really look forward to this every year, even if it means I need to stay up after midnight to see the best of it.
cheers

Hi Sue, I'm lucky with the time change.
When it's 5 p.m. in the UK, it's only noon time in the US (we live at the US east coast) and I can watch the puffins socializing. :)

Here's another live Puffin Webcam on Coquet Island off the Northumberland coast. This one is inside an underground burrow.

At the time I posted it, a Puffin settled down on an egg close to the camera. :D

I can see two rabbits and a seagull on Burhou right now, no puffin sighting over the past week.

Chrissie, it states against all the webcams that the streaming is currently off-line.
