Your Top Three Favourite Authors

Post by Farwa »

Hi everyone! What are your top three favourite authors? (rank wise)
My favourites are -

1. Frances Hodgson Burnett
2. Enid Blyton
3. Roald Dahl

Do share yours.

Edit: When I started this thread, I had not read much of Roald Dahl. However, recently I did, and I think Roald Dahl a more content and capable writer than J.K. Rowling - who cannot even write more children's books. Therefore I have changed my choice in my top three list.

Cool, snugglepot! How many books as Agatha written? I've heard she wrote many. Is that true?

She wrote dozens of novels plus several volumes of short stories. Some are better than others. Most are great, there are only a few I didn't enjoy and only one I could not finish.
