I had a cake decorated to look like a book, lots of lovely cards and amongst my presents were two books. One an Angela Brazil and the other one a 1966 edition of Five Have a Wonderful Time, complete with D/W.
It's probably a co-incidence but that happens to be the year I was born, so that makes it an extra special present.
