I still say there's no proof this is really Nigel's birthday unless the website says it is, which it doesn't...

It was a nuisance. An adventure was one thing - but an adventure without anything to eat was quite another thing. That wouldn't do at all. (The Valley of Adventure)

Re: Happy Birthday Nigel!!
All the more reason for Tony to check, Courtus. Only other reason I can think of, is Moonus asking Tony to stop his Birthday from being advertised.

In which case, if Nigel doesn't want people to know when his birthday is, should we be celebrating it??

Only Moonus can say this, Courtus. And he hasn't logged in, since his last visit. We will need to wait, till then.

Happy Birthday, old thing.
In reply to Chrissie, all I know is Nigel's birthday is the 15th. We celebrated his 65th last year in Cornwall whilst they were on holiday, unless it was all a bad dream.
It's on Facebook today too, Chrissie, but I knew it was the 15th anyway.

All forumites fill out their own profiles, it is nothing to do with me as to what they choose to put on it. You don't have to put your Birthday date on it and if you don't it doesn't register at the bottom of the forums page. My own Birthday date isn't on there, so I quite happily go past the date without anybody noticing - unless they happen to see it on Facebook! Although I rarely visit Facebook myself I still get told on my computer when it is someone's birthday and Nigel's came up this morning as usual - a grinning picture with a pint in his hand!

Re: Happy Birthday Nigel!!
As I'm not checking FB every day, Julie, I wrote a list last week with the next birthdays until October.Julie2owlsdene wrote:It's on Facebook today too, Chrissie, but I knew it was the 15th anyway.
Obviously FB had a glitch, because they claimed Nigel's b'day was on 9/14.
And now he seems to be mad at me as he is not answering...
Sorry for causing all the confusion.

I don't think Nigel has been on the forums at all today, Chrissie, so I doubt it's personal. He's probably out celebrating!Chrissie777 wrote: And now he seems to be mad at me as he is not answering...

I don't really see that you caused any confusion, Chrissie. As the original thread was created on 14th September way back in 2007!
Anyway - on facebook his birthday is listed - 15 September. I'm sure he's out having a few ales...
