May I be the first to offer birthday greetings for 2009? I trust that the occasion will be marked in a suitable time honoured fashion!

Re: Happy Birthday Lucky Star!
Thank you all for your kind greetings. It was indeed celebrated in the traditional way and I am a bit sore headed today. It has been a busy weekend as I went to Paris for two days and have just now arrived at my parents home in Dublin where I will be spending the next week. I had a lovely time in Paris, travelled by the excellent Eurostar service which I highly recommend, and am now looking forward to a week of home cooking and digging out what remains of my childhood treasures from my parent's attic.
