Thanks to everyone for the birthday wishes. It's lovely to log on and read them all. My son is with me as his university isn't open this term so he's studying from home.

Watched an episode of Not Going Out and part of Little Dorrit (2008 version) earlier.

Thanks for the card, Eddie. That's a beautiful photo of daffodils. I'm afraid I haven't had a card from you, Julie, but the post is unreliable at the moment. I'm sure it'll arrive soon though! I hope you're now feeling much better after your accident.
