It is strange (and possibly fortunate) that there aren't, as the message boards of the EBS and eb.net seem to be swamped with posts from Indian (SC) children.there aren't that many ACTIVE Indian people on here

Yes, I'd imagine he means the Indian Sub-Continent, meaning an area that includes India, Pakistan and Bangladesh.
