Belated happy birthday to the Enid Blyton Society.
Like Chrissie, I feel it was a great day when I realised that there were a lot of other people out there, particularly adults who still enjoyed Enid Blyton's books just as much as I do.

Re: Birthday
I felt the same. It was a revelation to me when I discovered there was an 'Enid Blyton Society' back in 2000 when I got The Dossier. I was even more surprised to see so many 'normal' adults when I attended my first EB Day - as I really did wonder if some members might arrive in Noddy outfits!!
Then, when the website started, and the forum, it only added to the realisation that Enid Blyton definitely has a very big following amongst adults - and that they don't usually wear Noddy gear - except on special occasions!!

Happy 15th Birthday to the website! It's 15 years to the day since it went live, after a lot of work by Matt and Tony. Tony has continued to add things ever since and it has become a veritable Cave of Wonders. Cheers to Tony and to all Blytonians (or Blytonyans!) who visit and contribute! Here's to the next 15 years - and beyond!

You created the most beautiful website imaginable.
Since the summer of 2008 I spent many happy hours in the forums and got lost countless times in the incredible Cave of Books, Tony's labour of love.

Happy 16th Birthday to us! Yes, this website went live sixteen years ago today! I for one have got a lot out of it and hope it continues to bring us information, entertainment, fun and friendship for many years to come.

Happy Birthday!!!
This website is a constant delight for me since I joined and even before that when I just used it to look up things Blyton. My husband discovered it in August 2008 for me.
Thank you, Tony, Anita and Keith, for NOT changing the website and for NOT replacing it's perfect design with a different design like so many other websites unfortunately keep doing in order to confuse their members.
