There is a copy for sale on ebay - currently the most expensive copy at £1,200.00.
I'm not sure who would buy it, even though it is a signed copy and coloured in??

The signature from Enid looks genuine too (going by others we've seen), but for that price in that condition...

It was a nuisance. An adventure was one thing - but an adventure without anything to eat was quite another thing. That wouldn't do at all. (The Valley of Adventure)

True. Bargains do crop up from time to time. Not that I'm "collecting" in earnest but I enjoy an occasional browse.Judith Crabb wrote: ↑12 Aug 2021, 23:01One thing, Anita, about Enid Blyton is that no one can ever say for sure 'my collection is complete'. Even when you decide to confine yourself to this series, or that cut-off date, something else irresistible bobs up.
I bet your non-Blyton Dorothy Wheeler illustrations are lovely, Judith.

Just imagine how many Blyton books you'd have bought if you permanently browsed, Pete.

Five books sounds super! Few things beat the thrill of acquiring a long-desired book and turning to page 1, knowing you're about to be enthralled.
