Do we know how old it actually is? I'm guessing 1990s from the style of the characters — they look like the TV version that was on around that time.
As for it being a "Noddy
Nativity Christmas scene", I can't quite see Noddy and Big-Ears and the rest visiting baby Jesus in the manger...
