Well, unusually, I can't actually find any of these on the Net

Says on them at top left 'Copyright 1961 by Noddy Subsidiary Rights Company Ltd'

It seems that there was a lot of legal talk about the rights to the Noddy brand

The 12 figures are in very good condition, having been framed, and are about 2.4" tall and 1.3" across

Where will you ever find any others?!

Yes Pete, I'm afraid that I do! About 20 years ago these were as common as mud and sellers couldn't give them away let alone sell them. They were often offered as freebies with something else in order to encourage people to buy the 'something else'. I believe a huge quantity were found in a disused warehouse, but my memory is not what it was any more!

As is often the case the seller does not know what they are talking about as these scraps (and others that I have) were not produced by the Noddy Subsidiary Rights Company. As the names implies this was simply the company that had the copyright to all Noddy goods and you can find their name on on any legal Noddy item, as you see on the link below to the box of the Morestone car.
