I find them quite good and they aren't particularly modernized. Some of the sub-plots from the the old series seem to be recycled but on the whole, they are a decent read.

I'm halfway through New Term and it took me a while to get used to the characters but I think its quite good

I really liked this one. It's a great story about family relationships.

He's not bad but I prefer more modern fantasy likr Harry Potter.
