Re: The Forums - Images and Topics

As someone who comes on but definitely isn't in the "in crowd" or maybe we should call it "The North Tower Girls" or something, I'd say I've never noticed any pulling rank or similar. I'd love to reply, but Headgirl Anita has summoned me to her study to light her fire, clean her...

Pockets in shorts big enough to hold a torch, a pen-knife, a note pad, some string, a few pencil ends, a clean handkerchief and sweets of some kind.

Re: Mystery Holly Lane

I went through Holly Lane last night in order to be able to comment a bit more about this book. Though she and Bets are (of course..) excluded from the night-time investigation by the boys, Daisy makes a more-than-usual contribution in this story: - She is the one to notice Buster is not with the gr...

Re: Abba

I went to see Bjorn Again - maybe about 1995 - with a big group of people from work. When the girls went off stage to change outfits about half-way, the boys stayed and suddenly we heard the opening riff of Nirvana's 'Smells Like Teen Spirit'. It was a big surprise to the crowd but everyone enjoed t...

Re: 2-in-1s from Mulberry Editions/Parragon

They were really cheap and I thought they might make some great 'stocking stuffers' for kids at Christmas.
