Re: Enid Blyton Inspired :)
Shanku, I was a little freaked out by that too, but no there is no way they can see your profile, however if they "ignore" you, they can see your real name in their blocked users list. No biggie, because you generally don't get ignored by people unless you are being annoying lol! Anyway, t...

Re: Which character's ears would you most like to box?
Hmmm, for the baddies, I'd love to box any and all of the Stick Family (five run away...). As for regular characters, I'd have to say bossy ol' Julian! I hated when he wouldn't let Anne or George help, it never came off as a kind brother to me!

Re: Phrases used in Blyton books
Not really a phrase per se, maybe a "blytonism?" Lately I've been thinking of the term "piggy-hoo-hear" or something similar, from Claudine at St. Clare's, I often find myself saying it to the kids..."do you feel piggy-hoo-hear?"

I remember having quite unkind thoughts about the fate of the famous five when I sat down and though of it a while ago, which I'm not quite sure I should post here. So here's the watered down version: -George finally got her op and changed her name by deed poll to.......George, and now works as a l...
