Do you mean your private messages, Liz? If you want to delete several at once, "mark" the messages you wish to delete by clicking on the little boxes at the right-hand side of the list of messages. Then go to the box at the bottom of the list and select "delete marked." I think you then have to press "Go" or something like that.

Alternatively, you can delete a message by opening it up and clicking on the cross at the top right.

Hope that helps!

Cheers, Liz - don't hesitate to let us know if you need any further help!

By the way, I haven't forgotten that I said I'd look through my copies of Enid Blyton's Magazine one of these days to see if there's any mention of Roberto in the children's home at Beaconsfield. I'm afraid I haven't had time to look properly yet but I will do eventually!

Hi Boodi,

I think that messages stay in the outbox until the recipient reads it.

Yes, the intended recipient probably hasn't logged in for a while, or at least hasn't checked his/her PMs.

On the right hand side of the message screen you should see a small check box beside each message.

Click in the box of each message you wish to delete.

At the bottom of the display is a small drop down menu with a couple of options. The one on display should read Mark/Unmark as important. Click on that and you should see the option to Delete marked. Select that and press Go.

Your chosen messages should now be deleted.

Whatever awaits behind closed doors,
Strange noises in the cellar or the sound of creaky floors,
We never let a mystery pass us by,
Just leave a clue and leave the rest to the Famous Five.

What's "re4ad"? Is it Re for Add?

Just thought I'd add to this old issue by saying that although you can only have 50 in your inbox, you can create a new folder, give it a name and move up to 50 messages into it. I've created a new folder for "old messages" to free up space in my inbox.
