Great news!
All going well (as long as no-one changes the terms of my work visa on me) I will be there.... possibly with bells on. Or maybe just a selection of saucepans?

Excellent Tony. Let's see if I can make it.
My partner and children are gonna stay for 2 weeks in London and surroundings during this hols now .
Sightseeing and meeting friends.
One destination of them is that "London Eye".
It's shuddering myself having the vision of queing up there for more than a half an hour.
Waiting is wasting time......sometimes at least.
But let's not dwell on my thoughts further.....
Great thing Tony. Pace yourself!

You are very valuable and particulary substantial.

LOL .........Sorry I never thought at this and at baroque-looking women as well............lol.
I'd rather prefer thinking of your art of cookery, your humour and more of your inner values........
Have I barely turned the corner?

Just caught up - great news Tony. Will keep 12th May free for next year - holidays will have to be arranged round it. Another Old Thatch gathering maybe in early July could still be possible of course for those who wish to go!

Well, Tony, I don't believe you. I don't believe you had a mad moment that morning, I rather believe it was a well-calculated decision on your behalf. But thanks for going through all the trouble of organizing the Day again.Tony Summerfield wrote:I had a mad moment this morning and I have just booked Loddon Hall for next year's Enid Blyton Day on Saturday May 12th.
