You had better write yours in mirror writing then and carry a compact mirror about with you in case you forget who you are.

If she just wrote VIV, that would be the same in mirror writing!

Mark Davison wrote a book called Hook Remembered. Enid Blyton's little school (Southernhay) was in Hook, and a section of the book deals with Enid and the Thompson family.

So the Scot has arrived!

She's brought the plague with her. Can't wait to see you all on Saturday if we're still alive.
"You're so sharp you'll cut yourself one day!" Hunchy said going to the door
"So my Mother told me that when I was two years old!" said Julian and the others giggled.

Sorry to Sue and Nick and others who can't make it to the Day. I haven't been too good healthwise for the last couple of weeks, but things are looking up now and I'm aiming to come to the picnic. I usually bake something, but this year I'm taking it easy and bringing some large bags of crisps.

Alternatively, a trip to Specsavers might solve the problem!

You just don't want name labels do you Nigel? Scared that someone might recognise you?

Aww. Sorry to hear that Katherine. Hope it doesn't make you feel too horrid! Colds are certainly nasty things!

Hope you all have a wonderful time, wish I was going - maybe next year.

Hope the weather is good too - had enough rain...

Looking forward to news and photos of course...
I went on some great adventures reading the Famous Five books.

I am not sure about Sue, I have had a PM from her today saying that she is hoping to come and asking me to keep a ticket for her, but it is a bit of an on/off/on/off/on situation!

The weather forecast looks good for Saturday, I look forward to spending a nice quiet afternoon in the sun in my garden!
