Looks like Poppy and Katharine have been keeping secrets from us!
"It's the ash! It's falling!" yelled Julian, almost startling Dick out of his wits...
"Listen to its terrible groans and creaks!" yelled Julian, almost beside himself with impatience.

I believe the Journals are still being printed at the moment, Poppy. I'm really looking forward to reading number 49 and I love the cover picture by H. M. Brock - it's one of my favourite illustrations from Enid Blyton's Treasury. I'll be glued to the window like that awaiting the arrival of my Journal!

I'm not sure when it will come out but it looks mighty interesting. I also see that we have a new contributor. I am looking forward to reading your article Poppy. :D

Yes, I'll look forward to the journal popping through my door. I too love the front cover, Anita, from the story, A Week Before Christmas. A lovely little story, and one that sets us all up for Christmas. :D
