Looking at the index again (after I'd printed a version off) I noticed that the Journal numbers to my 'Adventure' articles are a little out of kilter: for example, 'The Island of Adventure' is listed as being in Journal 16, whereas in fact it was an Introduction to the Adventure series that appears in Journal 16, and 'Island' is covered in Journal 17.

Both 'Castle' and 'Valley' are covered in Journal 18 (which probably caused the mix-up) but are listed in the index as being in Journals 17 and 18. After this, the rest are indexed correctly, because each book took up one article each. :D

I think your Index gets more impressive on each appearance, Lenoir, but there are certainly little tweaks that I would want to be doing all the time. For example, why are Bimbo the Kitten and A Day at School listed separately and not under The Book Page with all the others? By and large though my 'tweaks' would mostly be adding bits of information to things that are already listed.

I checked and I see that I didn't put those two in the correct category.
I thought of writing an article entitled “The Journal Index: Some Errors and Anomalies in the first and second editions (Part 1)” but I’d better spend a bit of time on these corrections instead! :)

I have done the updates and rearranged it a bit. Version 3 is
available here.

I think I will have to leave it until the next Journal. More cross references and/or more detail can always be added.

Great stuff, Lenoir! I've saved the latest version on my computer. I've already made use of version 2 several times when looking things up in Journals, and it has helped me locate information more quickly and easily. :D

Very impressive, Lenoir. Must have taken you absolutely ages and ages.

Some of the back journals look like interesting reading. I've checked out the on-line shop and most are sold out, so I won't be able to read some of the articles that look really interesting. :(

Yes, that is such a shame. I would love to have a full set of Journals. Why did I leave it so long before rekindling my interest in Enid Blyton.

Blow, I see I forgot to include that correction. Next time it will be right!

I have added journal 42 to the index and made a couple of corrections. Version 4 is
