So, since rediscovering this website, I have bought 39 Enid Blyton books in the space of 2 weeks
Time to calm down and get reading!

What's wrong with that? (the buying part I mean)

Money wise they were all good value but I am a bit of a hoarder, especially with books, so am running out of space!

That's a continual problem for me too. I regularly run out of space on my shelves but then I could buy several more books for the cost of some new shelving and I am also running out of places to put bookcases; (sigh) the life of the bookworm is fraught with difficulty.kirstymaclaren wrote:

Re: Oops...
The best part for me was finally owning a complete set of Find-Outers books!
I previously had 2 from my childhood, and some I later bought as an adult. I think I must have got them from the library when I was young because I know I wouldn't have got rid of them. Now I have 14 from the same edition and one from a slightly later edition.
Other than that my favourite buy was 'Well Really Mr Twiddle' - I had forgotten how much I loved this as a child!
