Wow Anita and Rob those look brilliant! :D 8) 8)

I'm sure the real show books would have caught on better if more well known characters had been used. For the DIY ones though, the possibilities are pretty endless, you could do so many series, various stories, one for all the FF books, I wonder if you could even go really mad and make a super-sized one with as many characters/series as possible in it

Thank you, John - I'm making a Barney one at the moment... :D :D

Many thanks for your comments, Icemaiden and Sixret. :-D

Thanks, IceMaiden. I like the idea of a super-sized scene featuring as many characters/series as possible!

It would be good to see your Barney one, Rob - and any others if anyone else is making one.

I wasn't going to make another, but then I realised how wonderfully the Show Book format would suit a secret passage... :D

Just to revive this thread momentarily, I thought I'd post the last 'showbook' I made, around the time of the last comments - but I didn't want to share it too soon, as it depicts a scene from my story 'the Rawlins' Reach Mystery'. :-D

Now we're nearing the end, I think I can post a photo. Pity it never really shows the 3D effect very well in a photo though. :-)

Here it is -

That's great, Rob! Secret passages work well for this kind of scene.
