Did Kirrrin have a police station?

Probably just a village bobbie. Anything serious would have been handled by the nearest big town.

Or they could have rung over to Peterswood to borrow either the bobby or the real local crimefighting force.

There's at least one fanfiction where the find-outers meet the Five but i think Enid has them in separate universes? Isn't there a find-outer story where they talk about their Famous Five books?

You might be thinking of Secret Seven Win Through, Paul, in which Colin brings his set of Famous Five books to the cave where the Seven are meeting temporarily. A crook "borrows" Five Go Down to the Sea!

Imagine a newly installed police box in Peterswood. Goon would be telling Fatty to keep well away from it, when the door would open and out would step the Doctor...

Which Doctor would cause the most trouble?

Patrick Troughton's "Cosmic Hobo", perhaps - or Tom Baker's Doctor. I like Tom Baker as the Harpo Marx-type man child.

TV Tropes described Baker's Doctor as a Harpo Marx type man child. It also mentioned that JN-T dropped the characterisation when he became producer in S 18 as he felt that as Baker was now much older, it had gone from "cute" to "creepy".

Tom Baker is a big fan of the Kate Bush song 'The Man with the child in his eyes' ....and incidentally Tom Baker was The Doctor the last time Kate Bush toured....

I only discovered last night that 'Dick' Gary Russell and the Dr Who author are one and the same! My Dr Who and also Famous Five mad 11 yr old (well trained  ) has quite a few of his books so was thrilled when I told him of the connection. Amazing episode idea, would also be great as a novel!
