plz help me i have lost one of my favourite books it was a shot story (i cant remembe)r its name but i remeber it had two pixies chuckle and someone who very bad but returned with a new plan of making thier village suffer because they threw them out
they made a cough mixture and they both made thier town people suffer
after that they were caught i think and punished

oh yes the townd headmans name was tall-hat
